Pale yellow colour, clear and bright. Nice aromatic intensity on a fine and complex register of white peach, with citrus notes. The second nose confirms a fruity aromatic palette, delicate scents of ripe fruit (white peach, pear, citrus) and understones of white flowers (orange flower). On the palate, frank and honest attack, a sign of generous maturity. The mid palate is crunchy ripe fruit (pear, peach), supported by an elegant minerality and gourmet flavour (almond). End of palate is rich and persistent on the expression of optimal maturity. Delicate acidity that focuses the aromas throughout the tasting.
