At Broadway Spirits, we strive to fulfill every pre-order. However, if we are unable to provide the pre-ordered item(s), we will promptly notify you and issue a full refund.

  • Sold-Out Items: If the item you wish to pre-order is sold out but not classified as a limited edition or allocated, please note that the minimum purchase quantity is a 6-case deal.
  • Order Review: All pre-orders for sold-out items or allocated items will be reviewed by our team to confirm the purchase quantity and availability.
  • Age Verification: You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction to place a pre-order. All orders will be verified upon pickup or delivery, and proof of age is required.
  • Pickup/Delivery: We will notify you as soon as your bottle is available, and you can choose to either pick up or have it delivered to you.
  • Changes/Cancellations: Once placed, pre-orders cannot be changed or canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Disclaimer for Local Delivery/Shipping

 

Thank you for choosing our store for your liquor needs. Please review the following important information regarding local delivery and shipping:

  1. Delivery Area: We currently offer local delivery services within designated areas of New York City. If you live out of our local delivery zone, your order will then be updated as a shipping order. 

  2. Age Verification: You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase alcohol. All deliveries will require a valid ID to verify the recipient’s age. The delivery driver reserves the right to refuse delivery if proper identification is not presented.

  3. Delivery Timing: While we strive to deliver your order promptly, delivery times may vary based on factors such as order volume, traffic, and weather conditions. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

  4. Re-Delivery Fee: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, missed delivery, or refusal of delivery, the order will be returned to the store. In such cases, a re-delivery fee of $5 will be applied if you wish to have the order shipped again. Please ensure that all delivery details are accurate and that someone of legal drinking age is available to receive the delivery.

  5. Returns and Refunds: Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist you.

  6. Order Modifications: Once a delivery has been completed, we will not be able to edit or modify your order. Please contact us as soon as you place the order if any adjustments are needed.

  7. Compliance: All deliveries must comply with New York State and local regulations regarding the sale and distribution of alcoholic beverages.



Disclaimer for Engraving Services

Thank you for choosing our engraving services. Please review the following important information:

  1. Processing Time: We will do our best to fulfill all engraving orders placed within the same day. However, depending on request volume and the detail required for personalization, it may take up to 36 hours to complete your order.

  2. Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for engraving services unless the engraving did not work as intended or the quality was not up to our standards. Please inspect your engraving upon receipt and contact us if there are any issues with the final product.

  3. Alcohol Bottle Policy: Please note that we do not engrave alcohol bottles that were purchased outside of our store. This policy ensures the quality and safety of the engraving process.
