Grapes were harvested individually from our vineyard blocks in Marlborough and fermented using 'Spinning Cone' technology to reduce alcohol. The resulting wine has a pale yellow color and aromas of passion fruit, guava, and citrus, with a palate of crisp acidity and herbal and citrus notes.
